Compensation: $73,005 - $75,000/Year (Salary Exempt)
Job Description: The Marketing Strategist focuses on Marketing Activations, Lifecycle Marketing, and Marketing Strategy, serving as the architect of our customer journey. This role owns email, SMS, direct mail, and brand activations across launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring every interaction is intentional, engaging, and true to Dr. Killigan’s mission. You’ll design, optimize, and scale lifecycle marketing efforts in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Project Coordinator, CMO, and Graphic Designer to create a seamless and meaningful customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the email, SMS, and direct mail marketing ecosystems, from strategy to execution, testing, and optimization
- Build, implement, and refine customer journeys that convert first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
- Manage automations, flows, and lifecycle segments across platforms such as Klaviyo, OneText, and Post Pilot
- Plan and execute the weekly marketing calendar, coordinating product launches, seasonal events, and sale activations
- Develop and execute lead acquisition strategies, including sign-up incentives, list growth campaigns, and cross-channel lead capture
- Collaborate with creatives on visual storytelling that reflects our brand’s ethos and mission
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to improve retention, engagement, and revenue
- Partner with the CMO and Director of Marketing on lifecycle strategy, campaign priorities, and KPI reporting
- Integrate omnichannel touchpoints, including direct mail, into the overall customer experience
- Maintain and refresh the brand’s activation playbook, exploring innovative ways to engage customers.
- Continuously research emerging tools, trends, and strategies to improve lifecycle marketing effectiveness
