Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcome, valued, and well-attended to from start to finish

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar

Ensure proper handling of special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions and communicate them to the kitchen

Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring all items meet Max Fish’s high standards for presentation and quality

Offer knowledgeable wine and beverage recommendations and assist with pairing suggestions

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining area throughout the shift

Work efficiently with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service

Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their dining experience

Follow all steps of service and strive for excellence in every aspect of the guest experience
