Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage front-of-house service for events to ensure exceptional guest experiences
-
Maintain constant communication with staff pre-, during, and post-events via phone or text
-
Train and coach service team to uphold Max Hospitality standards
-
Interview, hire, onboard, and maintain compliance documentation for all front-of-house event staff
-
Monitor food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout service
-
Oversee equipment logistics including inventory, storage, maintenance, and transportation to/from events
-
Track and manage labor and liquor costs, POS reporting, and cash accounting
-
Assist with procurement and responsible inventory management
-
Partner with Sales and Culinary teams to execute flawless events

Enforce and support company policies and procedures, reporting any escalated issues to leadership or HR
-
Uphold professionalism, integrity, and leadership standards across all events

Promote continuous improvement through formal/informal cost discussions and operational feedback
