Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring dishes meet high standards for presentation and temperature

• Act as the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, communicating food orders and any special requests

• Assist in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high standards of food presentation

• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, removing dirty dishes and utensils promptly

• Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure all orders are accurately delivered in a timely manner

• Provide support as needed during high-volume service

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Previous back-of-house experience is preferred, specifically expediting or food running

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong communication skills, acting as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Ability to stay organized and ensure accuracy and presentation in high-volume settings

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail to ensure dishes are presented beautifully

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays

• A team-oriented attitude, with a focus on collaboration and excellent service

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
