Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen

  • Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal

  • Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed

  • Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines

  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required

  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks is a plus

Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

  • Attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time

  • Willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the kitchen team

  • Punctual, trustworthy, and takes pride in their role
