MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of prior experience in cash handling.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical operations and familiarity with computer systems and software are required.
- Demonstrated high level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate exceptional time management abilities to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Adapt to changing conditions and priorities with agility and focus.
- Analyze situations effectively to develop practical solutions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills and an ability to identify opportunities for promoting and selling bank products and services.
