Position Summary:
Serve as a liaison between Asbury Inn & Suites and our guests during our Suite Start Breakfast. Maintain the Asbury Inn & Suites kitchen and breakfast inventory. Work with the Operations Manager to manage organization and improvements to the Suite Start Breakfast experience.
Essential Functions:
- Stock and maintain Asbury Inn & Suites Suite Start Breakfast.
- Ensure that Suite Start breakfast area is clean and well-stocked during breakfast hours.
- Clean-up breakfast and Great Room throughout the morning.
- Ensure that kitchen and breakfast areas are operating according to health code.
- Prepare food as needed throughout the breakfast hours.
- Wash all dishes using the dishwasher and 3-compartment sink throughout breakfast shift.
- Assist guests with breakfast needs and problem-solve as needed.
- Manage organization and improvements for the kitchen and breakfast area.
- Track breakfast inventory each shift.
- Order necessary food items from established vendors each week.
- Unload and organize the breakfast food and supply order each Friday.
- Create, maintain, and execute deep cleaning schedule.
- Work with the Operations Manager to brainstorm and improve aspects of the breakfast experience.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Attend annual GFS Food Show.
- Handle emergency situations by contacting the appropriate personnel.

- Breakfast Appliances: Waffle Iron, Coffee Maker and Grinder, Microwave, Toaster, Juice Machine
- Stove/Oven
Education/Certification/Training/Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are needed to interact with guests.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to demonstrate a presence of hospitality and professionalism as needed to represent ATS to the guests.
- Ability to be self-motivated and go above and beyond minimum expectations to ensure excellent guest experiences and quality customer service.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to solve problems and make appropriate decisions/recommendations.
- Ability to maintain and comply with policies, including the ability to communicate policies with clear boundaries to guests.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs.
- Have or be able to obtain a Food Manager’s Certification.
