Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy and executing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This position is responsible for overseeing the social media strategists, paid social media marketing, and graphic designer. The Senior Director of Marketing will manage the marketing budget and coordinate all external newsletters and gifts. Additionally, this role will focus on analyzing social media growth metrics to inform future strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and manage the marketing team, including the social media strategist, paid social media marketer, and graphic designer.
o Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation within the marketing and Leadership team. .
• Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, core values, goals and objectives.
o Develop external marketing strategies to attract both clients and candidates, leveraging digital marketing tactics to build brand awareness and generate leads.
o Aligning marketing efforts with the company’s strategic plan and goals that drive significant revenue growth
o Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Management:
o Manage daily duties of all social media activities, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
o Collaborate with the social media strategist to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
o Manage and optimize the company's online presence across various digital platforms including websites, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
o Leverage paid advertising channels like PPC campaign to reach targeted audiences.
o Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve digital marketing performance.
• Content and Communications:
o Manage the creation and distribution of external newsletters, ensuring content is informative and valuable to our audience.
o Coordinate the development of promotional gifts and materials for clients and partners.
• Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media growth on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
o Prepare and present reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and enhance overall client experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including content creators, digital marketers, and marketing analysts.
