We are seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to temporarily join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the company. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Post positions internally and externally, ensuring postings meet company brand and compliance standards (EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable regulations).
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, professional groups, employee referrals, and social media.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Gather and relay timely feedback between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating informed and timely decisions.
- Manage the full offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and confirming acceptance.
- Initiate and coordinate pre-onboarding tasks, including background checks, reference checks, and document collection.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates) to HR and leadership.
- Proactively represent Agora’s employer brand by promoting company culture and values through professional networks and recruitment channels.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement from application to onboarding.
