What You'll Do:

  • Complete our extensive sales training which includes product knowledge, over-the-phone sales techniques, and master our user-friendly lead management system.
  • Increase profit by closing inbound calls and web leads, utilizing our proven sales techniques.
  • Consistently exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by educating business owners on the features and benefits of the products and services we provide.
  • Responding to questions, overcoming objections, and accurately updating our lead management system
  • Stay in close contact with your accounts, get to newly assigned leads fast and spend 80% of your time helping customers! We expect you to handle at least 50 calls/day.

What It Takes To Be A Rock Star:

  • A college degree and 2-5 years of previous Inside Sales experience preferred.
  • A documented history of success. Our Director of Sales wants to see the proof.
  • An unrelenting drive to be super successful. We run fast and only accept the best.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and highly motivated team player.
  • Desire to work in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Payments or SaaS sales history is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.

This is an in-office position. Pay includes base salary only. Variable pay is uncapped and with good performance, it can lead to a six-figure income. This is not an order taking role. Our Director of Sales is only looking for Rock Stars who want to grow a book of business.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to our Ohio team. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
