Christ the King Manor is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! Join a devoted group of individuals whom are the warm and greeting face of our organization. This position will be 18-22 hours per week, must work every other week and has a flexible rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Operates the main switchboard of Christ the King Manor which includes the following duties:
- Answers incoming calls promptly and in a friendly, courteous voice.
- Directs call to proper departments or individuals; pages individuals as necessary.
- Answers calls within the Manor.
- Places local or toll calls when requested; handles conference calls and transfers calls internally.
- Maintains knowledge of the location of Christ the King Manor personnel.
- Takes and delivers messages promptly.
- Reports phone service interruption to all appropriate personnel.

- Assumes responsibility as Receptionist as follows:
- Greets visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner, directs them to residents rooms, or the proper person or department.
- Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more specific questions to the proper individuals.
- Ensures new Receptionist orientates are properly trained.

- Performs administrative and clerical duties, including the following:
- Records daily census statistics from each wing (including Personal Care); prepares monthly summary.
- Types letters, reports, correspondence and so forth as directed.
- Files documents, forms, reports and other related information.
- Opens specific doors each morning; announces doors when alarms sound.
- Performs other administrative support as needed.
