  •

What You Bring

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years in operations leadership, ideally in a nonprofit, membership-based, or mission-driven organization.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, performance tracking, and resource optimization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with federated nonprofit models or Girl Scout councils and familiarity with IT governance and digital systems implementation.

Location & Requirements: This role requires travel to program sites, properties, and events across the Greater Washington, DC area, approximately once a week, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Access to reliable personal transportation is required.
