Front Desk Supervisor - Full-Time
$20.00/ Hour
Open Availability Required (Must be able to work nights and weekends if needed)

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Exploria Resorts, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that creates unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will report directly to the Assistant General Manager. The Front Desk Supervisor will ensure that our guests have the best possible experience and that all team members perform at optimal levels while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and the safety of others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To perform assigned jobs, maintaining high morale and loyalty to the resort and department. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company
- Meet and exceed guest expectations by showing a "Yes I Can" service attitude, using teamwork with fellow employees, and assuming personal responsibility in dealing with guests
- Follow up on guest issues to ensure satisfaction
- Provides guests with assistance at the Front Desk during the check-in and check-out process
- Ensures efficient and continuous communication between departments
- Ensures that billing is accurate and makes necessary adjustments with a computerized system
- Resolves guest issues with outstanding customer service – quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Must maintain compliance with resort policy relating to cash handling
- Develop detailed knowledge about the resort staff, services, and hours of operation
- Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with the resort uniform policy
- Must be following hygiene policy as addressed in the employee handbook
- Responsible for scheduling staff and meeting budget requirements
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments and vendors
- Prepare key packets and labels for groups and VIPs when required
- Make sure proper room change procedure is followed. Communicate to Housekeeping so that new rooms are updated as soon as possible
- Monitor Pre-Reg regularly and make sure Housekeeping is aware of all pre-registered rooms
- All other tasks assigned by management.
