Description

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of NewSpring voice, tone, culture, and brand to ensure aligned messaging (one church, many locations).
  • Understand NewSpring Adult Discipleship Pathway audiences (curious, guest, know, belong, leader, sent) and ensure content lands properly for the targeted reader/listener and activates in alignment with the Adult Discipleship Pathway.
  • Social Media: 
    • Create, Post and Manage NewSpring Social Platforms for the following accounts in a way that is cohesive to the NewSpring style and voice brand. 
      • Facebook 
      • Instagram 
      • Youtube
    • Provide written out and pitch content strategies for NewSpring Social Platforms. 
    • Provide Customer Service and pastoring support for NewSpring Social Platforms. 
  • General Expectations:
    • Manage content scheduling with tools such as Sprout or Hootsuite 
    • Build and execute social advertising campaigns 
    • Request required creative assets from the Creative team in a timely manner 
    • Work with other ministries who have social media platforms to help assist, teach, and align their voice with the overarching NewSpring brand voice. 
    • Report analytics and measure engagement metrics against NewSpring's social media goals 

Qualifications

  • Do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.
  • Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outline below:
    1. Growing personal relationship with Jesus
    2. Relationship with spouse (if married)
    3. Relationship with children (if applicable)
    4. Purpose in life/ministry
  • Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
  • Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
  • Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
