Working conditions, typical physical/mental demands:Â Â
YoungArts physical campus and headquarters are in Miami, FL or New York, NY. Work is performed in a hybrid (virtual and in-office) setting. Typical operations take place in an office environment and/or in an event/venue setting.  Â
Â
General working hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The nature of our work will sometimes require an adjustment to this schedule, including evenings and weekends. You will normally be advised in advance should your work schedule be adjusted.  Â

Travel may be required.  Â
