Extruder Team Leader

POSITION SUMMARY:
Ability to operate a sheet extrusion line in a PVC and TPO environment, while managing raw materials in order to meet quality and customer specification. Ability to lead small teams through setup/changeover processes. Ability to interact with various team members and vendors/contractors in a professional manner. High level of experience working with new technology, readiness to take ownership of your teams performance and willingness to work with site leadership on continuous improvement activities. Ensures the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must have good communication and collaborative skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to use standard ruler and metric system.
