Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Project & Events Coordinator to support our Sales Executives and Strategic Partnerships & Events teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management and event planning experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams and with high-level stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drafts, edits, and formats professional correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

Assists in planning and execution of client-facing events, including familiarization trips, advisory boards, and in-market activations.

Partners with the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Events to execute event logistics—venue selection, invitations, registration, catering, AV, and transportation.

Represents Sales Executives professionally in interactions with staff, clients, board members, and stakeholders.
