Johnson Lumber Ace Hardware in Morgan Hill has a full time opening for an entry level retail supervisor. Qualified candidates should have experience in retail. Must possess great customer service, leadership and sales skills.
Responsibilities include working under the supervision of the retail managers, the supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the hardware store and its employees while also assisting customers. The supervisor will ensure that expectations are met by all associates in the areas of service, productivity, teamwork, and safety.
Candidate must be able to perform duties which include walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50lbs. He/she must be able to work a retail friendly schedule including evenings and weekends
