Sales Consultant

Reineke Ford Lincoln of Findlay Sales Department is looking for two New and Pre-Owned Salespeople. We are looking to expand due to an increase in sales and traffic. We offer a full benefits package, 401K match, vacation pay, training and more.  

We have one of the Largest Used Inventories in the area and offer the ability to obtain inventory from any of our 7 dealerships within our organization. Prior car sales experience is not necessary, but sales experience in some fashion is ideal. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written), technologically savvy, and have a willingness to learn. Description 

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle features and options 

• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features, advantages, and benefits 

• Support online customers through our Internet Sales Department 

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales 

• No prior car sales necessary, sales experience is some fashion is ideal 

• Self-Motivated Individuals need apply 

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships – strong interpersonal skills 

• Valid Driver’s License with clean, insurable, driving record 

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays, as scheduled 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and be teachable
