The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and coordinate EMS pharmacy services, ensuring proper medication distribution, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team performance. You will be the go-to person for supporting EMS field operations with timely, accurate, and safe pharmaceutical services. Collaborating across teams, you’ll elevate our pharmacy operations and play a key role in patient safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage: Supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and drivers, overseeing daily schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.

Support Pharmacy Operations: Step in as needed to perform technician duties, manage medication and supply flow, and ensure operational continuity.

Maintain Compliance: Ensure all processes align with federal, state, and company standards. Uphold medication safety, accuracy, and regulatory practices.

Inventory Oversight: Coordinate ordering, receiving, and inventory control of pharmaceutical supplies to meet healthcare needs efficiently.

Enhance Workflows: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes, safety, and productivity.

Foster Communication: Act as a liaison between team members, leadership, and clients, maintaining clear and professional interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of a board-certified Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
• Licensed Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• At least one year of related pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decision-making skills, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• At least one year of verifiable experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
