The Role:

As a Nuclear Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe preparation and distribution of life-saving medications for healthcare providers. You will assist in daily operations, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Safety & Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols, identify issues, and maintain compliance with USP 797 sterilization standards.
🔹 Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacists with daily operations, including medication preparation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
🔹 Accuracy & Quality: Prepare doses and unit-dose syringes, perform quality control (QC) checks, and ensure all products are stored and rotated properly.
🔹 Inventory & Equipment: Maintain facility equipment, restock medications & supplies, and track expiration dates for proper disposal or manufacturer returns.
🔹 Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with peers, customers, and leadership, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills in all interactions.

The Successful Candidate:

✔ High School Diploma Required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s Preferred)
✔ Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician Program Completion
✔ Valid Florida Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
✔ Minimum 10 Hours of Annual Continuing Education (Including CGMP, Regulatory Updates, & Quality Improvement)
✔ Strong Attention to Detail, Organization, & Multi-Tasking Skills
✔ Proficiency in Excel & Word
