We’re seeking a Sourcing Manager to take the lead on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and County contract initiatives that directly support the health and safety of our communities. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape strategic agreements and manage critical supplier partnerships, while aligning local EMS needs with our broader CSF contracting standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead contract negotiations for EMS and Lee County purchased services, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
• Draft, review, and manage service-level agreements, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and partner with vendors to resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CSF leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to support business and sourcing goals.
• Support vendor management through scorecards, performance reviews, and continuous engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Healthcare or EMS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong command of contract negotiation, compliance, vendor oversight, and procurement analytics.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a hybrid and collaborative work environment.
