Now, we’re looking for a dependable and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support day-to-day requisitions, vendor communications, product issue resolution, and purchasing workflows. In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide critical support to the healthcare providers who rely on us.
Why This Role Matters
Our customers include hospitals and clinics that serve thousands of patients. When they need supplies, you’ll be the one to make sure orders are placed, received, and resolved without delay. In this role, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for product needs, order updates, and resolution support.
- Manage requisitions and create purchase orders with accuracy and urgency.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and keep customers informed.
- Support order confirmations, expedite requests, returns, and credit processing.
- Maintain reliable documentation and enter accurate data in our purchasing systems.
