LeeSar is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in recruiting top talent to support our growing healthcare supply chain organization. You’ll be the connector between great people and meaningful roles—especially in our high-impact operations, pharmacy, and clinical support areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to post, screen, schedule, and support thoughtful hiring decisions.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Keep hiring processes on track—monitor applications, update records, send communications, and track important metrics.
• Represent LeeSar at job fairs, open houses, and community hiring events.
• Help us build a more streamlined, responsive recruitment process as we transition into a new HCM platform.
• This is an on-site role.

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, especially in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Top-notch organization skills—you love calendars, checklists, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you know how to be clear, concise, and personable.
• Confidence using an ATS and job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• A collaborative, can-do mindset with a love for building relationships.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare, distribution, or pharmacy settings.

• Willingness to grow through professional development and system training.
