Business Analyst

The Role:

 Join a mission-driven team focused on optimizing supply chain performance and driving savings across the healthcare sector. As a Business Analyst at CSF, you’ll play a crucial role in leveraging data to support strategic sourcing, contracting, and clinical integration. You'll deliver deep insights through spend analysis, RFP/CRQ execution, and reporting, helping improve outcomes for our members and partners.

The Opportunity:

1. Analyze historical and projected spend trends, pricing shifts, and member usage data.
2. Prepare RFPs and Cross Reference Quotes (CRQs) from inception to completion.
3. Build detailed dashboards, pivot tables, and benchmark reports using Excel and SQL.
4. Translate complex data into actionable intelligence for sourcing, contracts, and vendor management.
5. Ensure the highest accuracy in all distributed analysis—zero error tolerance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution and communication.
7. Maintain and improve contract data integrity using our Contract Management System (CMS).
8. Deliver ad hoc and scheduled reports with speed, accuracy, and insight.

The Successful Candidate will bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field (or 2+ years equivalent experience).
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in analytics, procurement, or contracting (preferably healthcare-related).
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced functions), Word, Outlook.
4. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Type & Compensation

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Target Pay Range: $23.60-30.28/hour/dependent on experience
• Work Environment: Primarily office-based with remote hybrid opportunity.
