What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required; Master’s in business or management strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in pharmacy.
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacist licenses.
- Experience with 503B compounding, emergency medicine pharmacy, or medication distribution systems strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead operations, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on-site with flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
