Job Duties:
- Manage and resolve employee service requests and incidents through the ITOps ticket system, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Participate in and coordinate responses to major incidents, collaborating across teams to minimize impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units to ensure clear communication and effective IT support.
- Drive continuous improvement of service objectives by reducing response times and implementing automation to prevent recurring incidents.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for IT systems and functions.
- Administer user permissions and application access throughout the lifecycle using hybrid identity solutions.
- Track and manage company assets and procurement requests, coordinating with vendors and partners.
- Implement technology changes in accordance with established change management procedures.
- Collaborate with the security operations team to ensure IT operations align with security governance.
- Manage endpoint configuration and application deployment using Intune, including development and maintenance of single sign-on (SSO) integrations.
- Conduct root cause analyses of IT issues and implement solutions to improve system stability.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on user requests, operational status, and incidents.
