- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience with minimum 5 years of senior management experience
- Preferred background in a quick turnaround manufacturing / assembly environment
- Previous experience with wire harnesses, cable assemblies and wired control panels highly beneficial

- P&L experience and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions using logical reasoning and analyzing various statistical reports
- Proven leadership of building a successful and effective department or operation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques, Performance and Quality Management and Strategic Planning
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ensure a customer-focus approach in all areas of quality, service, and delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
