Qualified candidates must have:
- 1-3+ years of experience in injection molding.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry/environment a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills

About the Position:
The Process Technician will be responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments for the Norristown, PA facility.
Duties Include:
- Responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed.
- Providing molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Knowledge or certified in Scientific molding and theory.
- Generating documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.
- Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.
- Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
