Job Summary: The Regional Manager of Shared Branch Services plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of shared branch services within their assigned region. This position ensures operational efficiencies for functions identified under shared branch services and provides exceptional customer service to the branch(es) in which they support. The Regional Manager will also supervise a team of employees, maintain compliance with relevant standard operating procedures, and drive shared branch services' growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline shared services operations, aligning with corporate goals and regional objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize shared service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of shared services across departments and locations, promoting standardization and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new services and technologies into existing operations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Implement risk management protocols to safeguard operations and mitigate potential risks related to shared service functions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior management and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on shared service performance, initiatives, and challenges.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal departments, promoting collaboration and effective communication channels.

 

Travel & Location Information: This position provides support to the East Coast divisions within the Shared Branch Services team. Travel requirements are flexible and mission-driven, including support for new acquisitions, training and workforce development initiatives, and other strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing shared services operations within a large organization preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and experience in implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving results.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of company operations, standard procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to analyze data and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for operations.
