POSITION SUMMARY: The Technology Office Operations Administrator serves as a key member of the Technology team. A highly organized and technically skilled individual, this role supports the smooth operation of our technology team while also overseeing administrative functions to ensure an efficient, professional office environment.Â

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Manager Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply ordering, tracking, and organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment, supplies, and contracted services.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications for the Technology team.
- Manage budget tracking, invoice and check request processing, and credit card reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements.
- Coordinate with HR on tasks such as timely onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture through effective communication and organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Education Technology.

IT Technician Duties
- Provide Level 1 technical support to Gilman community members for hardware and software issues.
- Provides educational technology guidance and support to faculty and students.
- Install, configure, and support computers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
- Maintain inventory of technology assets and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Support the onboarding of new employees with the necessary tech setup and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Proven experience in IT support and office administration
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows OS, and ChromeOS
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to teach others
- Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, within a team, and manage competing priorities
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
