Description

Loan Onboarding, Funding, and Maintenance:

  • New Loans and LOCs: Manage book loans, revolving credit lines, and manual setups.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle transactions for funds availability and drawdowns.
  • Reconciliation and Reviews: Ensure accuracy in GL/Loan transactions.
  • CIF Maintenance: Perform quarterly CIF maintenance; update loan ratings.
  • Past Due Monitoring: Track and notify branches about past-due accounts.

 

Loan Payments and Payoffs:

  • Payment Processing: Review and post loan payment vouchers.
  • Payoff Transactions: Review loan payments and CRMD transactions.

 

Property Insurance Management:

  • Insurance Tracking: Manage property insurance issues with Lee and Mason.
  • Force Placement: Handle renewals, debiting premiums, and force placing insurance.
  • Life-to-Loan Tracking Fees: Review monthly tracking fee reports and ensure funds availability.

 

Tax Escrow Management:

  • Oversight: Manage tax escrow activities, ensuring compliance and accurate records.

 

Team Management:

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Operations professionals; maintain policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of loan operations, insurance tracking, tax escrow, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in loan servicing systems (Jack Henry) and third-party platforms (Lee and Mason).
  • Excellent organizational, reconciliation, and communication skills.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years in loan operations and insurance tracking, as a team lead within the banking or financial industry.
