Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join our diagnostic team, with a primary focus on conducting comprehensive evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate has experience in evidence-based assessment tools and is passionate about providing clear, compassionate, and culturally responsive diagnoses to individuals and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder, child development, and family dynamics, and will bring empathy, clinical expertise, and creativity to the care they provide.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for autism and other neurodevelopmental or psychological conditions

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, pediatricians) to ensure accurate diagnosis and care planning

· Provide clear, compassionate feedback to families during diagnosis and treatment planning sessions

· Educate and support families throughout the diagnostic and adjustment process

· Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards

Qualifications

· Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited program

· Current state licensure as a psychologist (or eligibility within 3 months)

· Experience conducting assessments and working with young children, particularly those with developmental concerns

· Familiarity with autism diagnostic tools and DSM-5 criteria for ASD

· Excellent communication skills with both children and families

· Culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to care
