Job Description 

RightNow Media is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in McKinney, TX. In this role, you’ll play a key part in deepening customer relationships and helping users get the most out of our streaming library of biblical video content. You’ll focus on customer engagement initiatives and contribute to strategies that reduce churn and strengthen long-term loyalty. You will also support product adoption and usage for a new product launch.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of professional marketing experience who is looking to gain more experience across all areas of marketing, specifically within a Christian media/SaaS company!

 

Responsibilities

Assist with various aspects of marketing including but not limited to:

  • Customer retention
    • Write, build, and test email campaigns to drive engagement and reduce churn
    • Plan and implement organic social media content to strengthen customer connection and retention
    • Coordinate mobile communications, including push notifications and in-app messages, to encourage ongoing platform use
    • Support customer success team with ad hoc needs such as resource templates, assets, and other retention-focused materials
    • Assist with monthly communication reporting
  • New product launch
    • Draft email copy and other communications to support the product launch
    • Coordinate enablement resources for internal teams and customers
    • Assist with post-launch onboarding, including customer communications and training materials
    • Support customer adoption efforts, such as creating guides, FAQs, or other resources to drive engagement
  • Event sponsorships
    • Maintain inventory of collateral related to sponsorships including print materials, display materials, giveaways, etc.
    • Handle shipping logistics for sponsorships, ensuring timely delivery and return of booth materials, displays, and event collateral
    • Stay current on sponsorship trends and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and enhance event presence
  • Other marketing projects and tasks, such as:
    • Perform competitive and vendor research to support marketing initiatives
    • Attend and participate in marketing ideation and project meetings as applicable
    • Support marketing team with ad hoc landing page building and maintenance
    • Write and edit content as needed

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing role (can include internships and volunteer roles)
  • Understanding of and experience with implementing marketing principles and tactics
  • Experience working in an email marketing platform (MailChimp, Braze, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Familiar working knowledge of all major Microsoft Office platforms
  • Familiarity with RightNow Media video content and libraries a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML a plus

Full-time, Monday through Friday

 

Work Location

Office in McKinney, Texas (This is not a remote position.)

 

Salary

$45,000-50,000 annually, depending upon experience
