Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick/Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown Texas is currently accepting applications for Sales Appointment Coordinators. Experience selling cars is not required, but a sales personality and a strong drive to succeed is necessary. We will train the right candidates.

Job Responsibilities
- Follow-up on all leads with the ultimate goal of selling cars by setting appointments
- Confirm set appointments made by BDC team and salespeople
- Follow up on appointments shown and missed
- Follow up on sales visits that are unsold
- Make outbound and take inbound calls, emails, videos and texts from prospects looking for new or used vehicles
- Make outbound and take inbound calls, emails, videos and texts from previous sales and service customers
- Determine customer needs and desires by asking questions and listening
- Meet goals and performance standards as determined by management team
- Photograph and video inventory outdoors when necessary
Qualifications
- Bilingual Required
- Ability to type in the speed of speaking
- Good follow-through with customers
