Qualifications                                               Â
Required
- Associate degree in early childhood education (ECE) or related field with ECE credits
- One-year teaching or related early education experience
- Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Must pass physical examination and background checks, including state day care clearance
- Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
- Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Preferred
- Two years or more teaching or related early education experience
- Ability to proficiently read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business settingÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field with ECE credits

Required Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; and smell
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

Work in an office or classroom setting; may be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is moderate to elevated

- First year of service - 16 hours up front and then accrues up to 5 PTO days each year.
- After 3 years of service - 16 hours up front and then accrue up to 8 PTO days each year
- After 10 years of service - 24 up front and then accrue up to 12 PTO days each year.
- After 20 years of service - 24 hours up front and then accrue up to 16 PTO days each year.

INCENTIVE PAY:
Preschool Teachers
Lump sum monetary incentives will be paid to employees after accepting, working, and successfully completing certain periods of time within the Pre-school Teacher position only.
- $1,000 Incentive bonus after completing 6 mo.
- $2,000 Incentive bonus after completing 1 yr.
- $2,000 Incentive bonus after completing 2 yrs.
