Position Overview:
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Inside Sales Representatives are a part of a 9-month program designed to help you develop essential skills in sales and relationship-building while contributing to the overall revenue goals of the club.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to learn. Whether you’re new to sales or looking to expand your experience, we value dedication, curiosity and team-oriented approach, the Club is committed to building and growing sales careers in professional sports. The role will report into the Club’s Inside Sales Manager and is expected to begin in January of 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive ticket sales and ticket sales revenue through execution of sales calls (up to 100 per day) and weekly meetings
- Achieve or surpass sales targets by utilizing levels of “hustle metrics” (calls, talk time, referrals, appointments)
- Generate new sales through season tickets and full-season equivalent (FSE) ticket packages
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and develop innovative group sales programs
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up
- Participate in sales, promotional, and team events to engage with new prospects and develop relationships during games and outside business hours
- Provide best-in-class customer service for all prospects and clients
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions daily by demonstrating excellent communication skills, responsiveness and openness to feedback
- Other duties as assigned
