Required Qualifications:
1. Preference is a college degree in business or 3 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities and in leadership roles
2. Must pass a background check and government screening, have a clean 3-year MVR and pass a drug test.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
4. Prefer a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the AbilityOne program.
5. Prefer experience with FAR, DFAR, prime contracts, sub-contracts, negotiations, contract administration, SCA
 6. Must be able to drive a vehicle, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, push, pull and lift 50 pounds
 7. Hiring preference for Veterans
 8. Prefer experience with being able to perform time studies to maintain and satisfy DOL standards
 9. Must have knowledge of ABUSE laws and employment standards
 10. Above average recommendations from network of customers
