Position Summary
This position is responsible for answering the phones and scheduling patient appointments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer the telephone and take messages
- Accurately enters patient demographics, and clarifies patients PCP for insurance purposes
- Other duties as assigned
