Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for the general repair and upkeep of our building and onsite equipment. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our facility operates safely and efficiently every day.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Maintain and repair powered industrial equipment, overhead doors, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to service calls throughout the facility.
- Support sanitation efforts and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with external maintenance providers to ensure timely and effective service.
- Operate powered equipment as needed to complete tasks.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with low voltage equipment troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in electro-mechanical repair, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, and air-controlled systems is highly desired.
- Strong communication skillsβboth written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
