SUMMARY
Provide high-level administrative support to both the Lead Pastor and the Senior Executive Director, including but not limited to:
- Represent both leaders with warmth and professionalism in all settings.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, screen/respond to phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Anticipate and coordinate logistical and relational needs for internal and external engagements.
- Support both leaders’ various responsibilities, including writing, communications, and project follow-through.
- Coordinate responses and communications related to pastoral care needs and crisis situations.
- Track and reconcile expenses related to both offices; manage credit card statements and budgets.
- Support special projects initiated by either the Lead Pastor or Senior Executive Director.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events involving elders, staff, guest speakers, and ministry partners.
