Responsibilities:
- Assist users with desktop software installs remotely or at customer premise
- Assist users with individual restoration of files
- Maintain and operate the clients’ knowledge management tools
- Maintain and operate remote assistance tools
- Assess customer satisfaction via surveys, including questions regarding the timeliness, accuracy, resolution, and quality of service received
- Administer network user accounts in the account management tool
