Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various aspects of operations administration within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of administrative processes, and the ability to drive operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions

  • Project Planning and Execution - Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for operations administration initiatives. Coordinate the execution of projects.
  • Process Optimization - Analyze current administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Implement best practices and standardized processes.
  • Team Coordination - Work closely with the operations team. Collaborate with team members. Provide guidance and support.
  • Resource Management - Allocate resources effectively. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance - Establish and implement quality control measures. Conduct regular audits and assessments.
  • Reporting and Documentation - Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, processes, and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management - Identify potential risks associated with projects. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage risks.
  • Change Management - Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions for the team and stakeholders when implementing new processes or projects.
  • Project Closure - Ensure the project is closed within the planned time and scope. Evaluate project performance against predefined KPIs. Conduct a comprehensive review of project outcomes.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in project management (2+ years).

 

Required Licenses and Certifications

  • Project Management Certification.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience in operations administration preferred.

Physical Demands
