Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven track record of managing monthly and annual close processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or MBA is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.
Financial Responsibilities
- This position does not hold direct financial ownership but supports reporting and compliance functions.
Budget Responsibilities

Languages
- Advanced English is required.
- Spanish is preferred.

Physical Demands
