Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order and track inventory of office supplies
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and data entry
- Support team members with photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties
- Ensure office areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and solving minor issues
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
