The responsibility of the Network Leasing Agent is to rent apartments, keep the grounds looking great, assist the property manager with tasks, and oversee the overall community so that all is in order and working with the utmost efficiency. This position with the assistance of the property staff helps keep the occupancy rate of the apartment community at or about 97%; treats every prospective resident and every current residenteveryone who walks in the dooras an honored guest; deals with resident requests and complaints promptly, schedules work with maintenance, and follows through to see that the work has been accomplished.

 

 

1 or more years of property related leasing experience preferred.

AA or higher preferred.

Qualifications

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the external and internal recruitment process for all CCG companies.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
  • Collaborates with department managers and/or executive team to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Performs internal recruiting across CCG to foster effective career pathing for continued employee development.
  • Responsible for internal and external job postings and advertisement processes
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs, campus events, recruiting sessions, and other networking opportunities.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Leads interviews for all CCG positions and when applicable, collaborates with managers, directors, and executive team for final selection.
  • Tracks, organizes, and files interview packets.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Sets up and executes pre-employment testing, background screening, and personality testing (if applicable) of new talent.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting all invoices related to hiring practices.
  • Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
  • Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.
  • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for continued education and training with HR team to collaborate with the HR department as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
