Summary:
- Oversees Operational Performance in Plant Management, EHS, Production, and Operational Excellence to Maintain High Standards of Manufacturing Operations
- Lead and/or Develop Continuous Improvement Projects to Drive Operational Excellence
- Leads Operations Team in Developing Plans and Sets Direction to Ensure Company Remains Competitive Through Continuous Improvement, Lean and 5S Initiatives
- Develop and implement processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Executes Organizational Change Efforts to Increase Site Production Volume and Sustain Employee Output, Engagement, and Morale
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to share best practices and promote a culture of quality.
