Key Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing Facility with day-to-day business activities.
- Ensure enterprise systems meet business requirements and goals, fulfill user requirements, and identify and resolve any systems issues.
- Identify improvements in business processes, and work with business users and technical resources to implement the same.
- Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation).
- Assist business users with specific data analytics, identify anomalies in business operation based on data and report the findings in a timely manner.
- Document business process, train users on proper usage of the system.
Skills and Abilities
- Able to work with different departments to improve processes
- Ability to document new processes for training
- Project management and priority management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Experience IBM iSeries programming and operations.
- RPG, RPG LE, CL, DDS, WebSmart
- Experience with ERP systems (BPCS).
- Prefer previous experience OnBase
