Weld Lead

As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, providing training and support, and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide effective training and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using necessary equipment and assist team members in its proper use.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to optimize workflow.
• Oversee the quality of work and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor project and production progress to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Effectively communicate with team members and plant leadership to ensure smooth operations and address concerns.
• Identify and resolve problems to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Other duties, as assigned

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or training.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness to perform required tasks.
