Description

Architect 3 has responsibility for execution of the project design intent, including development of all project deliverables.  Plans and develops one medium to large project or multiple small projects and works under minimal supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Architect.  Oversees a staff of architects, architectural interns, and interior designers.  The Architect 3 is responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.  Duties involve exploration of subject areas, execution of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods.  An Architect 3 exhibits leadership both within OZ and outside of OZ to achieve project goals.  The Architect 3 serves as the primary consultant coordinator and monitor project progress to ensure the project team and their consultants are working cohesively. Architect 3 is a registered Architect or an unlicensed architectural staff level 3 personnel per the AIA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Architecture (5-year professional degree preferred).
  • Master of Architecture or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Architect preferred with ten (10) or more years of architectural experience.
  • Proficient with Revit modeling.
  • Knowledgeable of graphic programs (such as Adobe Acrobat, Sketch-up, InDesign, and Photoshop), and has proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
